Women’s Month

March is women's month and I'd like all my ladies to focus on pouring into ourselves. As the spring approaches we need to prepare to change seasons. This means we need to release the energy that we've picked up and carried all Winter long. Let's drop the routine and get a little spontaneous. No more just waking up going to work, coming home, cooking dinner, as well as taking care of the kids (homework, washing clothes, being sure they get to school and thrive in school) Let's wake up and affirm every morning, dive into a spiritual bath 3 times a week, cleanse our yoni's monthly, cleanse our minds, bodies, spirits, auras, souls, and environment regularly. Let's exercise 5 times a week for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day. If you can't take time to love yourself then you aren't making room for yourself. Spring Equinox is the start of the New Year when everything comes back to life including you. Let's start with a Self Love Guided meditation for this evening and affirmations for the morning.
