Natural healing is on the rise! While reading an article from John Hopkins Medicine, I’ve learned that using essential oils is very therapeutic. When we inhale certain scents the scent molecules travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain to impact the amygdala; which is the emotional center of the brain. These oils are a form of natural healing and can be utilized on the skin as well but a carrier oil is needed. Certain scents help with anxiety, depression, Nausea, Insomnia, etc.

A Small Tip

Rosemary Essential Oil is great for improving brain function, easing stress, hair growth, increasing circulation and other things.
